Delfi Law and Consultancy Office was established in 2022 by the founding partners Arb.Av.Serhat ERTOK and Arb.Av.Dr.Burak KEÇECİOĞLU. Our office provides legal consultancy, advocacy and mediation services to local and foreign clients. Our office is included in the list of lawyers of the United States of America and the Embassy of the Kingdom of Sweden in Turkey and provides legal services in the international arena.
Our team consists of dynamic and principled lawyers who are experts in their fields. We provide legal consultancy and mediation services for the pre-dispute needs of our clients in their fields of activity, making the process management more effective and faster. This result-oriented work we offer to our clients enables us to provide a high-level and professional legal service.

Our office provides services primarily at the master’s level in private law and doctorate level in commercial law. Our office aims to provide professional legal services in accordance with the principles of corporate governance by taking the consultancy of academicians who are experts in their fields in various universities in Turkey.
In the legal services we provide to our clients, the majority of which are domestic and foreign companies, in addition to being able to provide a high level, stable and quality service in our field thanks to our knowledge and experience; In terms of our fields of activity, we provide versatile legal services such as mediation, maritime trade and transportation disputes, regulation of international contracts, public procurement disputes, arbitration, competition disputes, merger and acquisition agreements, commercial enterprises disputes, labor disputes, occupational health and safety.

Arb.Av.Dr.Burak KEÇECİOĞLU
Having graduated from Izmir Gediz University Faculty of Law in 2015, Attorney Burak KEÇECİOĞLU has been working as a lawyer affiliated to Izmir Bar Association since 2016. In the same year, he started his Master’s Degree in Private Law with Thesis at Izmir Dokuz Eylül University Institute of Social Sciences.
In 2018, he graduated from the institute with his thesis titled “Prohibition of Borrowing to the Company in Joint Stock Companies”. In 2023, he completed his mediation training and received his mediator authorization certificate. In 2024, he completed his doctoral education on Commercial Law at Dokuz Eylül Univ. Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Private Law. Specializing in commercial law within Private Law, he provides mediation, advocacy and legal consultancy services to domestic and foreign clients, especially in the fields of Commercial Enterprise Law, Corporate Law, Foreign Exchange Law, Consumer Law. He has a total of 12 academic works, including two books published in these fields. He speaks fluent English and intermediate German.
Arb.Av.Serhat ERTOK
Having graduated from Izmir Gediz University Faculty of Law in 2016, Attorney Serhat ERTOK has been working as a lawyer affiliated to Izmir Bar Association since 2017. In the same year, he started his “Master’s Degree in Private Law with Thesis” at Izmir University of Economics Institute of Social Sciences. In 2019, he graduated from the institute with his thesis titled “Legal Responsibility of the Employee Who Endangers Occupational Health and Safety as a Result of Failure to Comply with the Employer’s Orders and Instructions”.
In 2023, she completed the mediation training and received the mediation authorization certificate. He also attended many seminars and trainings in the field of private law and criminal law. He provides mediation, advocacy and legal consultancy services to domestic and foreign clients, especially in the fields of Occupational Health and Safety, Maritime and Transportation Law, Enforcement-Bankruptcy, Law of Obligations, Civil Law, Criminal Law.
He has a total of 9 academic works, one of which is a book, published in the field of private law. He speaks English at intermediate level
