Legal advice, representation and mediation across private and public law
Since 2017, Delfi Law and Consultancy has advised and represented Turkish and international clients from its office in İzmir, in matters ranging from corporate and commercial law to energy, employment, family, real estate and administrative law.
Many legal disputes can be prevented at the moment a contract is signed or a corporate decision is taken.
For this reason, much of our work consists of drafting contracts, reviewing the legal compliance of corporate transactions and advising clients before a dispute arises. When a dispute does arise, we represent our clients in mediation, arbitration and court proceedings.
Our founding partners hold postgraduate degrees in private law and have published books and articles in their fields. The firm is included in the lists of attorneys published in Türkiye by the Embassies of the United States of America and Sweden.
