Under Turkish law, mediation is in many cases a mandatory precondition for commercial, employment, lease, consumer and partition disputes. We represent our clients as counsel in these proceedings, set out their claims on a sound legal basis and ensure that settlement agreements are drafted in enforceable form. Our lawyers are also accredited mediators; where one of them acts as mediator, the firm does not provide legal services to any of the parties, in accordance with the principle of impartiality.
